Final - Plenary Session Schedule

Guidelines for Presenters

• Please provide your Powerpoint Slide file to the AudioVisual staff at least 2 hours before your scheduled time on the Final Programme. If your talk is early the next morning, please have your presentation loaded the evening before.
• Your digital file should be labeled with your Surname (and first name) for tracking purposes.
• Your digital file can be transferred to us via USB key or CD disk at the Speakers Room, located on the first floor of the GLC (near the Concierge desk).  A set of computers will be in the Speakers Room to allow you to cross-check and verify that your presentation will be displayed properly on the equipment. 
• It is presumed that all presentations are formatted and compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 (and/or PowerPoint 2003). 
• Out of courtesy and respect for the audience and your fellow speakers, please stay within your allocated time limit:   30 minutes for keynotes and 8 minutes for technical paper presentations. As all presentations are held in a plenary setting, this is particularly important for the schedule & timing of the entire symposium.
• All presentations should be given in English.
